Having been in this business for going on 20 years now, one thing I easily embraced was the return of the screw cap as a wine bottle closure.  I have sent ridiculous amounts of bad wine back to the distributors due to a faulty cork, so I was blown away by the recent blog post by Wine Spectator’s Harvey Steiman, which in my mind, shatters any allusion you may still have or reluctancy you may harbor toward the screw cap.
