Calumet Farm, 10 Year Single Barrel

Classic cherry and banana notes on the nose, with traces of sandalwood
and jello. The first sip starts off slightly sharp, but notes of
creamy red velvet cake slowly creep to the front of the palate. A
great example of the classic banana-pudding profile known from the
regular Single Rack 10 Year,but with a deep red cherry finish, and
much more oakier feel, Overall, this barrel is fantastic dessert
bourbon that will leave you wanting more.
