Knob Creek Single Barrel

The nose on this barrel is heavy char, creamy vanilla, and loaded with coumarin and tobacco. The first sip is on the thin side, and is slightly contradictory. On the front end, you get flavors of vanilla extract and toasted marshmallow, while the back end is hot and spciy.
